Understanding a build process with We Build Pools!

HELP YOU UNDERSTAND THE STEPS TO BUILDING A CONCRETE POOL WITH WE BUILD POOLS-

1. SIGN CONTRACT & PAY DEPOSIT - Once we received your contract and deposit our sales team sit with you and design your pool.

2. Your pool drawing will be emailed to you to check, approve and sign off on. Make changes if required.

3. Then we submit your approved pool drawing to our qualified local Engineers and Certifiers to get the ball rolling.

4. Once we receive the BA (building approval) for your pool your sales team will lock in a dig day with you.

5. Our team will come out and profile your pool ready for our We Build Pools excavation team to start.

6. STAGE 1 - Day of Commencing - Dig day! Exciting day of the build. Especially for the kids!

7. STAGE 2 - Once your pool has been dug, our in house WBP steel fixers will arrive to start building your pool. Boxing, steel fixing and doing the internal plumbing. Starting to take shape by this stage.

8. Then your pool will be sprayed into a concrete pool shell - Starting to look like a pool now!

9. Once your shell has been sprayed, our team will be by within 3-5 days and strip your pool and do a site clean up.

10. STAGE 3 & 4 - Ordering of your tiles/filtration & laying of tiles. Once your coping/waterline tiles are onsite, and our tilers will be booked in and come and lay your chosen tiles.

11. STAGE 5 - Installation of your filtration - Our experienced pool plumber and team will carry out the pipe run and install your chosen filtration system. This can sometimes be done before laying of your coping/waterline tiles depending on your build/site.

12. Then it is time for you or WBP to do your surrounds and fencing.

13. Once your fence is ready for inspection you let our office now and we will book in our Certifiers who will come and carry out the prefill inspection.

14. When we receive the form 16 from the Certifiers, we can book your pool in for pebble with our in house pebble crew. We only pebble pools with permanent pool fence and form 16 issued. We don’t unfortunately pebble on a temporary fence sign off. Company policy.

15. STAGE 6 - Pebble time - Our in house pebble team will come and pebble your pool interior with your chosen WBP pebble colour

16. Then they will acid wash your new interior, fit it out and pop your hose in to start filling your pool. You need to fill it up to the top of your skimmer.

17. STAGE 7 - Handover Time - Time for our experienced Pool Service Technician to come and start your pool up. They will start your filtration, digitally test your pool water and chemically balance it. Show you how to use your pool filtration, equipment, and run through how to clean and care for your pool. This is usually a 1-1.5 hour process.

18. NOW ITS TIME FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY TO JUMP IN AND ENJOY YOUR NEW POOL!

19. Remember, now it is time for you to enjoy and maintain your pool. If unsure get our pool technician to come and service your pool weekly, fortnightly or monthly services we offer. Remember your pool MUST be tested and digitally balanced at a minimum fortnightly basis to look after your new interior.
